• Parts, materials, or components (e.g., circuit breakers, outlets, light fittings) — these are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
• Damage caused by misuse, overloading, wear and tear, pests, moisture, or tampering by others.
• Any alterations, additions, or repairs made by someone other than KM Electric after the original work.
• Electrical faults resulting from external factors such as storms, power surges, or utility issues.
